The guy looks good, his food looks good but I can tell you I would never eat at his restaurant and if I was one of the people sitting in front of him while he was cooking, I'm not sure how I'd politely decline his food. I can deal with a lot of things but I do not like how he double-dips with the same spoon when he is tasting his food. This isn't his family he is feeding - I'm not totally sure it's okay then, I don't even do it then but it's more acceptable. Honestly, all of you are going to think I'm being picky but I'm not! I'm not one of those people who think wear gloves, wear a hair net, etc in your own kitchen but using your mouth when you're feeding others is a whole new ballgame to me!! Also, a lot of time he seems too labored in finding things to talk about or making things up (exaggerating maybe). Like I said though, his food definitely seems good because it seems something anyone can make, it's not extravagant or calling for ingredients you can only get at certain stores or order online. For like cooks and bakers like us who love it and pretend we're professionals lol.
