Wholesome World is a collection of recipes, nutritional information and medical and lifestyle resources, all which have inspired Freyja and helped her focus on health and wellbeing.A hugely personal project, this app was built by Freyja after losing her husband to abdominal Synovial Sarcoma cancer in 2014 and herself being diagnosed with a grade III/IV Oligodendroglioma cytoma brain tumour the following year.Wholesome World combines delicious, home-cooked recipes and nutritional information for optimum health.The app also has a selection of resources including medical information, other personal experiences of cancer and ways to reduce stress and promote wellbeing.
