The PC version of Rotor (possibly other versions as well) has one major flaw: the scrolling is a catastrophe. The screen doesn't scroll horizontally, but is jerkily redrawn in huge intervals. Although the PC version was officially published in 1990, a CDROM version was published in 1992, although with some file dates as far back as 1987. The CDROM version also contains Time Bandit, Airball, and "High Resolution Space Photos!"
