A trip to Belgium from ordinary villages where Black Metal concerts take place, violent and brutal rock with ambiguous messages.
Storyline
Dressed in black, masked, disguised as barbarians, teenagers meet, dance, drink, fight, try to flirt and leave in a fever of a concert, the time of a Saturday night. They say with awkward words their desire to escape the daily, the emptiness of their lives. They know nothing of history, dream of a cruel world while regretting to scare girls. Parents and villagers think that youth needs to happen and for the organizers, they are a market like any other. In these rites of passage between adolescence and adulthood, boredom still exists and, from the violence of their commitment, some will move on with the same conviction. Some will fall back on the family to find the tribe and for others, the temptation to be fixed in this extremist speech will make it the privileged target of a drift of extreme right. Kjell Gür
