Brother and sister Darry and Trisha are on their way home from college to visit their parents, when they are run off the road by a large truck while taking the backroads. Back on the road they come back up to the truck dumping what look to be bodies. After being run off the road again, the siblings go to investigate, only to find something horrific, that leaves them running for their lives from an indestructible being set out to kill them.
