11 year old Rangi loves playing ventriloquists puppets and collecting knowledge. At her 11th birthday party, her mother collapsed and taken abroad for a surgery leaving Rangi and her 7 years old brother, Sasa with their Aunty and Uncle. After moving into uncle's beach front luxury hotel for few weeks Rangi discovers a Carnival on the beach next to the hotel that runs by an entertainer called Louis.
