Riff revolves around the life of a young soul's internal struggle to avoid spiritual numbness. We will see how random thievery can become a collector's most precious piece of art, and how searching for beauty is all that a broken young man's spirit can do to ease the pain. This drama aims to parody human and familiar interactions(or the lack of them): the old Marxist statement ' Religion is the opium of the people' transforms into a more up-to-date one: 'Television is the opium of the people'.
