This movie (85 minutes) tells the story behind the hardcore (punk) scene that grew and developed in Rome, Italy, between the end of the '80's and the end of the '90's. The movie clearly shows the spirit which animated those young boys and girls who built a scene with almost no budget, endorsing a fully "do-it-yourself" attitude. The key point of the Director is showing that even if hardcore punk was a social and musical concern imported from another country (United States), those people were able to customize it according to the local culture and transform it in something very original and unique. A film to watch soon after "American Hardcore" and the next-to-be-released "Salad Days", even if your are not into the Hardcore sub-culture or you are not from Rome. Very well done!
