This short film is a very fascinating piece of work, with a good animation and an artistic style that gives it the air of a "Dungeons & Dragons" tale. It's almost like watching a living painting, and it has the essence of a real medieval fantasy story. The narration by Benedict Cumberbatch is amazing, the way he tells the story makes the narration feel so epic. The story of course is too short, and it doesn't take much time, but is interesting at least to meet for the very first time the story of one of the characters of the franchise. This has potential for a longer animated film, but still is a good short film for the D&D franchise. My final rating for this short film is an 8/10.
