Fairground Attraction Perfect

Throughout the video can be seen the band playing the song on a boat sailing by Thames River while it keeps raining on them. However, this is fake rain, after (at around 2:50) they can be seen at the left bottom of the screen two pedestrians looking to the boat while they walk by the river shore, not having umbrellas and neither getting wet from the rain.
