Storyline
Axl and Izzy liked one girl named Roxy, who chose Izzy among them. In the park, when Roxy confessed her feelings for Izzy to Axl, he burst into tears from an overabundance of feelings, and the girl, calming him down, uttered the phrase "Don't Cry". This phrase inspired Axl, and the next day, he and Izzy wrote the lyrics for the song. Axl stated that it was their first song for Guns N 'Roses. the Beast
