It's the 1980s and music videos are influencing the youth of the day with sights, sounds, commercial branding and styles. Behind the scenes is Tony, the Rock 'n' Roll cameraman. This one-of-a-kind kid is a super fan of Pop culture. His weapon of choice is the camera he calls, "the two-ton pencil," together they meet crazy adventures filming celebrities, chart-topping musicians and capturing the crossroads of Pop culture while working tight deadlines on a frantic schedule.
