La Descarga Temporada 2

La Descarga is an independent Cuban talk show sponsored since 2019 by a group of young Christian friends. The second season is conducted by rappers Lian Marrero and Nesy The Producer, and filmmaker CJ Martínez. They deal with entertainment, faith and the arts. During the Covid 19 pandemic, the mobility and meeting restrictions imposed in Cuba prevented the show from taking place, which kept its page active through short videos on various topics. In November 2021, the first episode of the second season of La Descarga was published. The second season, under the executive production of journalist and filmmaker Yoe Suárez, had a more political undertone, and focused on the freedoms of conscience, expression, and association. During the eight episodes of the second season, independent journalists, religious leaders, Christian artists, etc. were invited. The season was officially broadcast on the channel of the audiovisual production company Kino.
