Masaya Funabashi was called the "Devil Makun" due to his intimidating appearance and was known to always get into fights. When he entered high school, he wanted to stop getting involved with violence and spend his days peacefully. However, a quarrel happened on his first day of school and people started avoiding him. Naomi Anesaki was the only one who approached Masaya as she needed members for her tea ceremony club. Masaya then decided to join the club and slowly changed while being involved with his best friend Wataru Yamada, and the club's new member, Kaho Asakawa.
