In the 12th episode of season 1 there is a contest question which asks how long "De Club van Sinterklaas" exists so far. The character Testpiet, who hosts the program, gives a hint with the question: "How long have I been Testpiet?". How long she has been in the series is however NOT how long the series has been running, because the first season of the original series was broadcasted two years before she first starred on the show.
