Whoever split out and edited the footage in to episodes is an absolute shambolic excuse for an editor Sack him and never let the likes of which happen again. Whoever decided that this footage was worthy of TV should be immediately fired and removed from historical documents. If those guys were in the CIA then no wonder 911 happened they are a couple of fumbling muppets. Whatever you do in life avoid this nonsense show like the plague its as good as drinking mercury you will come away dumber for it.
